MarkShot provides an API for converting webpages to markdown format. The Service requires registration and operates on a prepaid credit system.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Scrape websites that prohibit scraping
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
- Use the Service to harvest personal data without consent
- Resell the Service without authorization
5. Credits and Payment
Credits are purchased in advance and consumed per API request. Credits do not expire. Refunds may be requested for unused credits within 30 days of purchase.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
